A spring concert by the Waiapu Cathedral Choir features some of their favourite choral and church music, and is a fundraiser for their new robes.
A management plan enables the Waiapu Cathedral bell tower to have limited use again, including the ringing of the cathedral bells.
Winter Art Deco Festival events in the Waiapu Cathedral include a jazz communion setting at the morning service, plus an Octavius chamber choir concert ‘Songs from the Shows’.
Our morning choral eucharist is a celebration of Matariki – remembering the past, celebrating the present and looking to future bounty.
The July Evensong service features the Cathedral Choir singing music by William Byrd on the 400th anniversary of his death.
