An Animal Blessing on 2 October

A special outdoor service for pets to be blessed will be outdoors at the Cathedral 2pm Sunday 2 October 2022.

Bells to Chime to Welcome Godwits – Kuaka

Waiapu Cathedral bells will ring out at around 3pm on Sunday 2 October to welcome the godwit kuaka to Ahuriri Estuary for spring.

Civic Commemoration Service, Monday 26 September 4pm

A civic service will be held at Waiapu Cathedral in Napier on Monday 26 September at 4pm for the Hawke’s Bay community to commemorate he life of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
