Australian Organists in Concert

Wednesday 30 September, 7.30pm 

Three visiting Australian organists will present a concert in Waiapu Cathedral in Napier on Wednesday 30 September.  Entry is free to enjoy an evening of stirring music on the cathedral organ from Michael Fulcher, Phillip Gearing and Dominic Perissinotto.

Michael Fulcher was the organist at Wellington Cathedral and since 2013 has been Director of Music at Christ Church South Yarra (CCSY).  He has given organ concerts throughout New Zealand and Australia.

Phillip Gearing is currently Organist at The Cathedral of St Stephen, Brisbane, and since 2015 has been Accompanist to St Peters Chorale, with whom he has toured internationally several times. 

Dominic Perissinotto is Master of Music at St Mary’s Cathedral, Perth. He is widely sought as a solo organ recitalist and in association with other artists.
