OUR WALK & REFLECTIONS PROGRAMME

Join us as we walk and reflect on God’s creation in Hawke’s Bay.  There are a range of walks to suit different levels of energy, and there’s always an opportunity for a cuppa and chat. The next walk on 25 May is very accessible – an art deco wander around our city.

USHERS NEEDED for 5 May afternoon concert!
A number of our choir members help out as ushers and safety team for concerts in the Cathedral, but when they are singing in a concert – such as the next choir concert –  we need others to fill in. So if you are fit and able, and confident you can ensure people evacuate in an emergency (and would enjoy a free concert from our fab choir), please contact Charlene in the office – 021 754 161. Some training will be given.

Helping families this winter

Non-perishable  grocery items are always warmly received at church for distribution to needy families.  You can bless them with milo, soup, cereal, spaghetti or baked beans, baby food, tea, coffee, biscuits, rice or pasta meal mixes –  in fact anything  that you may be able to offer.  Keep an eye on specials and buy extra when you can.
With grateful thanks,
