The AGM of the Cathedral Parish will be held on Sunday 20 March, following the 10am service.

Parishioners will receive activity reports and the financial reports, and consider the budget for the year ahead.  The Bishop’s choice of Warden will be announced.

It is the annual opportunity to stand for or elect people for the important voluntary roles that help keep the church functioning:

• a People’s Warden
• a Lay Synod representative
• a Hawke’s Bay Regional conference representative
• members of the Vestry (can be from 3 to 10 people).  

If you would like to serve the church and parish, and bring your skills to these roles, written nominations are due at the Cathedral office by noon Sunday 13 March.  Please contact the office for information.

Everyone is welcome to attend the AGM while only parishioners qualified to be on the parish electoral role are able to vote.
